Kohdesync service terms

Entering into an agreement, billing, cancellation and technical limitations. Updated 6 October 2026.

1. General

Kohdesync provides real estate integration services that automatically transfer listings from the management system to the customer’s website. These service terms apply to all Kohdesync services unless otherwise agreed separately in writing.

Service provider: Granlund Oliver Egon
Business ID: 3001992-5

2. Formation of the agreement

An agreement between Kohdesync and the customer is formed when the customer accepts a quote or order by email, by telephone or through another written method. An agreement made by email is binding on both parties.

Example: Kohdesync sends a quote by email. The customer replies “I accept the quote”. The agreement is formed and delivery of the service can begin.

Verbal agreements are always confirmed in writing by email.

3. Contract period and renewal

The agreement is valid as either:

  • A monthly plan — ongoing, with monthly billing
  • An annual plan — a fixed 12-month term, with annual billing

The annual plan renews automatically for another 12-month period unless cancelled before the end of the contract period.

4. Cancellation

  • Monthly plan: 30 days’ notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the next billing cycle.
  • Annual plan: Must be cancelled at least 30 days before the end of the contract period. Otherwise, the agreement renews automatically.

Cancellation must be in writing. Email is sufficient — send your cancellation to kohdesync@gmail.com.

Example: The annual plan ends on 31 December. Notice of cancellation must be sent by 1 December. If notice arrives on 15 December, the agreement renews for the following year.

5. Prices and billing

Service prices are determined by the current price list or quote. The billing period is a month or a year, depending on the agreement.

  • VAT is added to prices (25.5%)
  • Payment terms: 14 days net
  • Price changes follow the notice periods and effective-date rules in section 11

6. Technical limitations

The Kohdesync integration works with the customer’s website and real estate management systems. Because the service depends on third-party systems and the technical implementation of the customer’s website, we cannot guarantee full compatibility in every situation.

We do our best to ensure the integration works reliably in the customer’s environment. We aim to resolve problems quickly and professionally. However, it is possible that:

  • The technical structure or updates of the customer’s website cause compatibility issues
  • Changes to third-party APIs affect the integration
  • Custom or unusual website structures require additional work or are not fully supported
  • Updates or restrictions in the management system affect data transfer
Example: The customer updates their WordPress theme, and the new theme uses a different content structure. Kohdesync aims to restore compatibility, but the fix may require additional time or technical changes to the website.

Kohdesync is not responsible for the operation or availability of third-party systems. If the integration cannot be made to work in the customer’s environment within a reasonable time, the customer has the right to cancel the agreement without additional charges.

7. Limitations of liability

  • Kohdesync is not liable for indirect losses (for example, lost revenue or customers)
  • Kohdesync’s total liability is limited to the fees the customer has paid for the service during the preceding 12 months
  • Kohdesync is not liable for losses caused by incorrect information or instructions supplied by the customer

8. Data protection

Kohdesync processes customer data solely to provide the service. We do not disclose data to third parties without the customer’s consent unless required by law.

9. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or losses caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, changes in legislation or third-party service outages.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are first addressed through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved by the Helsinki District Court.

11. Changes to the terms

Kohdesync may update these service terms to develop the service, reflect changes in legislation or for other justified reasons. Customers are notified by email at least 30 days before changes affecting their contractual position take effect. In that case, the customer may cancel a monthly plan so that it ends before the changes take effect, without the usual notice period. Material changes to an annual plan take effect no earlier than the start of the next contract period, and customers are notified at least 60 days before renewal. Terms separately agreed with the customer in writing take precedence.
