Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel during the trial?
Yes. Cancelling during the agreed trial period incurs no Kohdesync charges. Any CRM API fees are subject to your provider’s own terms.
How do I cancel my plan?
The monthly plan has a 30-day notice period and ends at the end of the next billing cycle. The annual plan is billed once a year and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 30 days before the end of the contract period. Cancellation must be in writing. Email is sufficient.
Which CRM systems do you support?
We support Linear, Kivi and OviPro. Ask us if you use another CRM system.
How quickly do listings update?
Listings update according to the sync schedule. The time it takes for changes to appear depends on the selected interval, server scheduling and caches.
Do I need CRM API access?
Yes. Obtain active API access from your CRM provider. We can help with the process if needed. Check any API fees with your provider.
Does Kohdenäyttö cost extra?
No. Kohdenäyttö is enabled separately and is included in the Kohdesync WordPress plugin without an additional fee.
Does suggesting a development idea cost anything?
No. We evaluate the feasibility of development suggestions free of charge. Improvements implemented in the standard plugin are included without a separate feature fee. Any custom implementation for an individual customer is scoped and priced separately.
